Applied poetics is a new workshop series that draws on philosophies of art -making, object formation, and self enquiry to support formation, and self-enquiry to support the creation and shaping of writing into poetic form.

Each session orbits a concept for application such as metaphor, shape-making, response, clarity an opacity, archetype, narrative poems, spirals and more. The workshops are designed for those wishing to deepen their poetics and poetry practice, as well as advanced practitioners willing to inhabit a beginner's mind and work form an alternate perspective.
