Join us at Present Tense for an evening of food, poetry, and collective remembrance in solidarity with Palestine.

This gathering is part of a month of events organised by a collective of artists and makers, publicly grieving the ongoing genocide in Palestine and raising funds for Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).

On the night, we’ll share a Middle Eastern supper prepared by Tarek Al-Shammaa, hear poetry from Syrian–Irish poet Sarah Terkaoui, and hold an auction of a collaborative textile artwork developed throughout this month of grieving and awareness.

Come together for mezze, warm home-style dishes, and community — to eat, listen, and gather in love and solidarity with the Palestinian people.
