You are warmly invited to our next Menstrual Hut gathering, returning to Present Tense for a truly special evening.

Together, we’ll be guided by Valya Marinova through the beautiful Bulgarian ritual of Survakane - a tradition of blessing, renewal, and intention-setting. Much like a magic wand, we’ll adorn sticks with corn, coins, and berries, creating our own survachka as we weave wishes for health, fertility, and abundance for the year ahead.

In Bulgarian folklore, the survachka holds magic and its touch is believed to pass on blessings of vitality and prosperity to all living things. Through this ritual, we will gather as a community to share in that spirit of connection and care.
