Orbitals Workshop

Poetics and philosophising, applied to writing and making.
In this workshop, we’ll draw from the work of Cameron Robbins, the sonic unraveling of William Basinski, and the philosophy of Deleuze—alongside our own tender empiricism—to make poems that turn. Turning the line, turning the page, turns of phrase and gesture.
Be prepared to incorporate free line movement, sound, and diagrams to create a visual, audio, and physical poem. Don’t be afraid—all will be guided by Bianca Pina, step by step (or leap by leap), in a series of synaptic sparks and embodied invitations.
Bring your favourite pen and a small stone. Everything else is provided.
BYO wine or beer is welcome. Snacks and tea will be available.
Suitable for writers, non-writers, and the spatially curious.
