Join us for a pop-up tearoom celebrating the launch of a small release of handmade teaware, created slowly and with care in collaboration between Food Relics and ceramicist Eimi Koike. Each piece is individually made, with no two pieces exactly alike. Featuring shiboridashi-style teapots, teacups and a limited number of teapets ♡

Drop in, take a seat, and spend some time with us over a curated selection of loose-leaf teas. You’ll have the opportunity to take part in a self-guided gongfu-style tea session, using our handmade ceramics to prepare and enjoy tea at your own pace.

The tearoom is a space to slow down, pay attention to the small rituals of everyday life, and think about tea as an act of care. We’re interested in the relationship between tea, touch and the objects we use — how we care for the things that become part of our everyday lives, and how, in turn, those objects can care for us.

The tearoom is open for walk-ins throughout the day and will be first come, first served. Come by to explore the ceramics, have a look around, or settle in for a tea session. Tea sessions are paid separately, while browsing is free.
